The City of Oxnard’s Community Relations Commission invites you to the 29th Annual Multicultural Festival, taking place on Saturday, October 3rd, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Plaza Park (500 S. C Street) in downtown Oxnard.

Join us for live music, performances, food, arts & crafts, and hands-on activities for the entire family as we come together to celebrate the diversity and many cultures of our community. Admission is free!

The Oxnard Noontimers Lions Foundation will be selling cotton candy and popcorn at this event. Come join us to help with the food sales and man our booth.
