For over 50 years the Oxnard Noontimers Lions Club has been working to prevent blindness as well as sustaining other charities in Oxnard and Ventura County. We are one of the 34 clubs in Lion District 4-A3, encompassing Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties.
